For non-holiday and non-peak reservations, a deposit equal to 1–2 nights will be charged upon approval of the reservation request. This deposit must be received to guarantee the reservation, is non-refundable, and will be applied to the final balance.
If a reservation is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited. Changes to existing reservations may be made but are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if dates, length of stay, or services change. Please contact Peace of Mind K9 as soon as possible to make any changes to a current reservation.
Once a stay has begun, charges will be based on the actual length of stay for non-peak periods.

Due to high demand and limited availability during holiday and peak periods, Peace of Mind K9 has an updated cancellation and change policy for boarding reservations. As a small business, this policy helps us manage staffing, maintain our facility, and ensure each dog receives the care and attention they deserve.
Holiday and peak boarding periods include, but are not limited to: New Year’s, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and peak summer times.
This policy allows us to staff appropriately and maintain the highest level of care during our busiest times.
